Water Logic
In 2010 Kathy Swett, Executive Director of the Sonoma Community Center initiated a project to commission three artist for temporary installations on the ground of the Center. Always interested in water and plants, I proposed this riff on digital logic, using hoses, hose fittings, wire fencing, grape plants, and timers. The very minimal flow of water came on a various times, watering the vines, which were to grow up the fencing. I was very happy with the opportunity to realize some long-standing ideas. Thanks Kathy!
